While calories count less with the Keto Diet, part of our promise is knowing what you are eating, so we designed the plan on a 1600 calorie diet.
In order to keep your body it ketosis, each meal contains:
75% fat ~ 20% protein ~ 6% carbs.
In order to ensure your macros stay accurate, we are not able to accommodate any allergies/dislikes with the Keto Plans. However, you can see our weekly menus here — and, after you place your order, you can always go to your account and choose which meals you would like to receive!

The Quality Phase: After each delivery, our entire team reheats and tastes each dish, as experienced by the client. Each cook and team member grades the recipe and suggests tweaks for flavor and consistency, our recipes are always evolving!
We change our menu seasonally, to keep up with what Mother Nature is providing us, so our recipe creation process is an ongoing endeavor to bring you delicious, healthy meals.
