The paleo diet meal plan can be considered a SMALL meal plan. For these healthy ready-to-eat meals, we replace all simple carbohydrates with extra seasonal veggies (think: zucchini noodles instead of pasta) and tailor each menu items to follow within specific paleo guidelines. No dairy, no soy, legumes.

This plan is designed around a 1200 calorie per day average diet.  Because humans naturally tend to eat larger and larger meals as the day goes on, our healthy ready-to-eat meal prep follows that same pattern.

Breakfasts are 300 calories 
Lunches are 400 calories 
Dinners are 500 calories
