Our Diabetes Friendly menu is focused on providing individuals with meals containing a well-balanced amount of carbohydrates from foods with a low Glycemic Index. We worked with a Registered Dietician, Certified Diabetes Educator, and a Nutritionist to create a meal plan that does not cause major fluctuations in blood sugar levels, and supports healthy and easy Diabetes management.
These meals contain about 30g-45g of carbohydrates per meal to help ensure there are no dramatic spikes or drops in blood sugar levels, and assure clients that their meals from Farm to Fit are helping promote healthier diabetes management.
The calorie range for these meals are:
Breakfasts are 350-550 calories
Lunches are 400-550 calories
Dinners are 450-650 calories

The Quality Phase: After each delivery, our entire team reheats and tastes each dish, as experienced by the client. Each cook and team member grades the recipe and suggests tweaks for flavor and consistency, our recipes are always evolving!
