Bringing the vibrant flavors of your fresh grown produce and herbs into your cocktails is a fantastic way to create unique, refreshing drinks. Here are our two favorite recipes — ones cocktail & one mocktail!!

Delicious summer cocktails

Cocktail: Cucumber Basil Gin Smash

Ingredients:

  • 2 ounces gin
  • 4 slices of cucumber (extra for garnish)
  • 6 fresh basil leaves (extra for garnish)
  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1 ounce simple syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • Club soda

Instructions:

  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the cucumber slices and basil leaves until they release their flavors.
  2. Add gin, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup to the shaker.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes.
  4. Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to combine the flavors and chill the ingredients.
  5. Strain the mixture into a glass filled with fresh ice cubes.
  6. Top it off with a splash of club soda and garnish with cucumber slices and basil — Enjoy!

Mocktail: Berry Mint Refresher

Ingredients:

  • 4-5 fresh strawberries (extra for garnish)
  • 6-8 fresh mint leaves (extra for garnish)
  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce honey, agave syrup, or maple syrup
  • Sparkling water
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. In a glass, muddle the fresh strawberries and mint leaves until they release their flavors.
  2. Add lime juice and syrup of choice to the glass, and fill the glass with ice cubes.
  3. Top it off with sparkling water and stir gently to combine.
  4. Garnish with fresh strawberries and mint leaves for presentations. Enjoy!
