It's that time of the year again! This year, the time changes on November 5th, which means we get an extra hour of sleep but lose an hour of daylight. While many people welcome the extra hour of sleep, adjusting to the new time can be a challenge for some.

Stick to a regular eating schedule and make sure you are eating a balanced diet.
