Small Appetites Meal Plan and Why I Love It

Posted on

Dré here, co-founder and CEO of Farm to Fit, and I am thrilled to introduce you to a new meal plan that I, personally, am so excited about.

First of all, I have to say, I just received my first order over the weekend and I am in love with the size of these meals!  I don't usually have a big appetite, and don't like feeling too full, so I usually eat several small meals throughout the day.  And these are perfect! Typically, I wold take one of our meals and eat it over a couple of sittings or, worse, toss what I don't finish. Now I don't have to!   A HUGE hat's off to our chefs to creating this meal plan in no time at all, and making it delicious.

So that is why I love it, but here is why we made it:

At Farm to Fit, we're always listening to our clients and striving to enhance our offerings. With that in mind, here are some people we created this plan for:

  • The GLP-1 User (Ozempic, Mounjaro, etc): Tailored for anyone using GLP-1 agonist medications, ensuring balanced nutrition with every bite.
  • The Snacker: Perfect for those who love to like to snack between meals or want smaller meals throughout the day. (Me!)
  • Senior Eaters: Ideal for those who prefer lighter, smaller meals
  • The Budget-Friendly Foodie: Great for those who want to enjoy gourmet meals without breaking the bank.

Our new "Small Appetites" line features meals that are:

  • Portioned to reduce food waste and ensure you get just the right amount.
  • Priced at approximately $12-$13 per meal, providing an affordable option for premium, healthy meals.
  • Made with the finest, locally sourced ingredients, ensuring every bite is both nutritious and delicious.

Whether you're looking to maintain lean muscle mass, promote satiety, or simply enjoy a balanced diet, these meals are crafted to meet your needs. These meals are specifically designed for individuals who need smaller portions without compromising on taste or nutrition.
