Thank you for choosing Farm to Fit. By visiting or shopping on farmtofit.com or the Farm to Fit app, or by using Farm to Fit services or products, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
One Time Orders
If you place a one time order, you authorize Farm to Fit to charge the credit card you provide for the full order amount, including delivery charges and a one time refundable cooler deposit. Your card will also be charged for any future orders you place on the plan you select.
Subscription Orders
If you subscribe to a weekly meal plan, you understand that deliveries recur weekly until you cancel. Subscription plans automatically select meals based on the number of breakfasts, lunches, and dinners you choose in your first order. Your card will be charged prior to your first delivery and once per week thereafter. If you skip, pause, or cancel before the published deadline, your card will not be charged for that delivery.
Customization of Meal Plans
You may request customizations beyond the options shown on farmtofit.com, but not all requests can be accommodated. Farm to Fit can omit certain ingredients based on the modifications available, with some restrictions. Customizations may result in duplicate meals in your delivery. Some ingredients cannot be removed from meals, including but not limited to onion, garlic, and carrot. The most reliable way to receive meals to your preference is to select meals through your online account. Refunds will not be issued for incorrect or inaccurate deliveries when the requested ingredient cannot be omitted. Farm to Fit may update the list of ingredients that cannot be excluded at any time.
Shipping and Deliveries
Your order will be delivered by a third party delivery service contracted by Farm to Fit. The third party assumes all liability for delivery issues or errors. All deliveries are made with no signature required. Orders will be left at your front door or another designated location. If the location is inaccessible, the cooler will be left in a nearby accessible area.
Meals must be refrigerated within 4 hours of delivery. You are responsible for the freshness and safety of meals once delivered. Delivery locations may be changed by contacting customer service before your order leaves our premises. Delivery times may vary due to processing or logistical delays, and Farm to Fit will notify you of delays when possible.
Meal Plan Cancellations, Pauses, and Modifications
Meal Plan subscriptions renew weekly with no obligation to continue after the first two deliveries. Meal plans may be canceled, paused, or modified before the applicable deadlines:
Requests made by Monday at 11:00 pm PT apply to the following Sunday delivery.
Requests made by Thursday at 11:00 pm PT apply to the following Wednesday delivery.
Requests submitted after these deadlines will take effect for the next eligible delivery. Cancellations and modifications can be made through your online account.
Dietary Restrictions and Allergies
Farm to Fit makes every effort to accommodate allergies identified in your order; however, meals are prepared in a commercial kitchen where cross contamination and human error are possible. If you have food allergies or concerns about ingredients, you agree to review meal labels carefully and contact us before consuming the meal. By ordering from Farm to Fit, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with food preparation and consumption, including the risk of exposure to allergens. You understand and agree that you assume full responsibility for these risks and that Farm to Fit is not liable for any allergic reactions or health issues that may occur. Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness. Please contact [email protected] if you have questions about allergens.
Billing
For one time orders, you are charged at checkout for the first delivery. For subscriptions, you are charged at sign up for the first week, and then weekly for future deliveries. Charges already processed will not be refunded unless otherwise stated. Changes or cancellations may not affect orders already prepared or billed, based on order status.
Farm to Fit may modify prices or available plans and will notify you by email at least fourteen (14) days before changes take effect. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree, you may cancel your subscription before the effective date.
Sales tax may apply depending on state and local laws. You are responsible for all activity under your account, and your liability continues after termination of this agreement.
Returns
All sales are final. Meals and food products cannot be returned due to their perishable nature. If you cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, Farm to Fit will issue a refund minus a 5 percent processing fee.
Cooler Deposits
A one time refundable cooler deposit is charged with your first order. After your final delivery, you may leave a personal cooler out for future exchanges. If not, you must return the Farm to Fit cooler to 5411 NE Lombard St. within 60 days. We can retrieve your cooler for the current delivery fee upon request. Cooler deposits are forfeited if the cooler is not returned within 60 days.
Promotions and Discount Codes
It is your responsibility to review the terms of any promotion or discount code. Canceling a meal plan results in the loss of promotional gifts or discounts granted at signup. Customers may pause for up to three consecutive weeks without losing promotional benefits. Pauses beyond three consecutive weeks are considered cancellations.
Gift Cards
In order to purchase a Gift Certificate, you may need to register an account through our Website. Gift Cards ordered online are delivered automatically by email to the address entered at checkout. You may also choose for Farm to Fit to mail a physical Gift Card. Virtual and physical Gift Cards issued at full value do not expire. Our Gift Card must be redeemed on our Website as full or partial payment for products. A Gift Certificate cannot be used to purchase another Gift Certificate. You are responsible for entering the recipient’s email address correctly; Farm to Fit is not responsible if the address is entered incorrectly or if someone other than the intended recipient uses the card. Site offers and promotions do not apply to Gift Card purchases. Refunds for Gift Card charges, if required, are issued as store credit only. Gift Cards are non refundable but may be transferred to another recipient by contacting customer service. Farm to Fit is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards.
Communication
By placing an order, you agree to receive emails and text messages related to orders, deliveries, and promotions. You may opt out at any time, though transactional emails are recommended for proper account management. Farm to Fit does not sell or share your personal information.
Policy Changes
Farm to Fit may modify or remove these Terms and Conditions at any time. Such changes do not nullify rights or obligations that existed under prior versions.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Farm to Fit, its officers, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers, and affiliates harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms and Conditions or misuse of this website.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Farm to Fit and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
