We designed our Whole30 Approved Meal Plan to take the guesswork out of your Whole30 journey! Think of the Whole30 like pushing the reset button for your health, habits and relationship with food.

On Farm to Fit’s Whole30 plan you:

  • Eat Real Food
  • Eat Meat, Seafood, and Eggs
  • Eat Vegetables and Fruit
  • Eat Herbs, Spices, and Seasoning
  • Leave the Cooking to us!

You’ll eliminate foods that nutritional science and clinical experience have shown to promote unhealthy cravings and habits, disrupt your metabolism, damage your digestive tract, and burden your immune system.

You can look forward to enjoying meals like our Chile Relleños Scramble, Chicken Breast Leafless Salad, and Tuscan Beef Stew. You can find our upcoming menus HERE.

 

 

 

Some of the foods you will eliminate on the Whole30 plan are:

  • Grains
  • Legumes
  • Dairy
  • Added Sugar (real or artificial), Baked Goods, Junk Foods, or Treats

All of the meals on our Whole30 Approved Meal Plan are 100% compliant with the do’s and don’ts of the program’s  rules. Read the full set of guidelines here.  

Given the nature of this meal plan, we are not able to accommodate any special allergies/dislikes  at this time, however, you can see our weekly menus here — and, after you place your order, you can always go to your account and choose which meals you would like to receive!

For thirty days, you’ll eat nothing but nutrient dense, whole foods.  After thirty days you’ll carefully and systematically reintroduce those foods, paying attention to how they affect you in a variety of ways.  With that knowledge, you can create the perfect diet for you: a nutrition plan that is balanced, sustainable and keeps you looking, feeling and living your best.
