7 Days per Week (Boost)


Give Farm to Fit’s lower-carb option a try! The Boost plan eliminates all the simple carbohydrates from our regular meals and adds extra, seasonal veg instead! We believe in a little indulgence here and there, so every once in a while you will find some meals with some carbs in them…perhaps a seasonal sweet potato? Calories will add up to a little less than 1200 per day, so we recommend supplementing with some healthy snacks for an energy boost. This plan is made without gluten, so there will not be an option to select “Gluten Intolerant” at the time of check out!
