To help maintain even blood sugar levels, our diabetic-friendly meals contain about 45-65 grams of carbs. This meal plan averages 1500-1600 calories per day, and individual meals average close to  400 calories for breakfast, 550 calories for lunch, and 650 calories for dinner.
