5 Days per Week (Boost)


Farm to Fit’s lower carb option! This eliminates all the simple carbohydrates from our regular meals and adds extra, seasonal veg instead! We believe in a little indulgence here and there, so every once in a while you will find some meals with some carbs in them…perhaps a reduced carb whole wheat lasagna dish? Or nutritionally packed steel cut oatmeal with fresh fruit here and there to liven things up? Calories will come up a little less that 1200 per day, so we recommend supplementing with some healthy snacks for an energy boost!
