Try Farm to Fit’s lower-carb meal plan!  We eliminate all the simple carbohydrates from our regular meals and add extra, seasonal veggies instead. We believe in a little indulgence now and then, so every once in a while you will find meals with some carbs in them…maybe a sweet potato! Calories will come up a little less than 1200 per day, we recommend supplementing with healthy snacks if you need an energy boost. This plan is a made without gluten , so there will not be an option to select “Gluten Intolerant” at the time of check out!
