Our diabetic-friendly meal plan runs about 1500-1600 calories per day. Each meal averages 400 calories for breakfast, 550 calories for lunch, and 650 calories for dinner. To aid in maintaining even blood sugar levels, each meal contains 45-65 grams of carbohydrates. Please be aware, we only offer delivery of our 3-day plans on Mondays!
