All of our paleo dishes include extra protein and healthy fats, and contain zero dairy, grains, or legumes. This summer’s Paleo menu includes dishes like grainless granola with summer fruit and almond yogurt, steak and eggs scramble, Thai grilled cod with sticky cauliflower “rice” and much more!
For our low-carb meal plans, we follow our regular menu but replace all the simple carbohydrates with seasonal veggies instead. So you can still enjoy favorites like hazelnut-crusted salmon, kahlua pork, or Spanish chicken skewers—with fewer carbs!
