In addition to our regular menus Farm to Fit also offers Low-Carb meal delivery and Diabetic Friendly meal delivery. In addition, all of our plans can be made Gluten Intolerant.
Our Diabetes Friendly menu is designed at the 1600 calorie level. Each prepared meal measures up to have between 45-65 grams of carbs to aid in maintaining an even blood sugar level.
Our gluten intolerant plans are available in the 1200, 1600, or 2000 calorie levels and are designed for people who are working towards eliminating gluten from their diets.
Boost (low carb)
Our BOOST Plan is designed to eliminate most simple starches and replace them with vegetables, complex carbs. We aim to keep each meal on the BOOST plan under 30g of complex carbs per meal. This meal plan is designed at the 1200 calorie level.
