After the chaotic year we’ve had, maybe it’s time for a little structure. That’s why we’re again joining the January Whole30™ Challenge in 2021!
What’s the Whole30™ System?
To sum it up, the Whole30™ Plan is an elimination-based dietary system that focuses less on calorie-counting and more on understanding your body’s relationship with food. For 30 days, you’ll eat only natural foods like fruits, vegetables, meats, and nuts while avoiding processed foods and sugars.
With the holidays fast approaching, we’re already thinking ahead to our new years resolutions. If you’re also wanting to start 2021 with a commitment and investment in your body’s wellbeing, then consider joining in on the January Whole30™ Challenge with us!
Okay, but what's the January Whole30™?
Whole30™ has a thriving community of members and coaches, both online and in the real world. The January Whole30™ is an annual event where the Whole30™ community starts and finishes a full month of strict adherence to Whole30™ guidelines.
Why should you do the January Whole30™?
Support season: You’ll be hard-pressed to find a more encouraging time of year to try a full Whole30™ Elimination Diet. With consistent posts from members, coaches, and founder Melissa Urban, you know someone always has your back.
New Normal: Build your 2021 on stable ground by taking the January Whole30™ Journey to better understand your relationship with food.
