We finished the first round of our pilot Keto Meal Plan and after great customer feedback, we have decided to make it a fixture!
This meal plan is designed to help get you into a state of Ketosis and stay there. It consists of 21 meals: 7 breakfasts, 7 lunches, and 7 dinners. It’s the perfect kickstart, full of fats and protein, and low in carbohydrates.
Our Keto meals are between 450 to 700 calories, averaging 1,600-2,000 calories per day. The macros of the calories are 75% Fat, 20% Protein, and 5% Carbs. We encourage you to research Keto before starting and we’re happy to answer any questions! (Please consult your physician before starting this, or any, Farm To Fit meal plan.)
Through the end of the year, we are finishing out the second round of our pilot program so if you order now you must order all 21 meals. After the new year, there will be more options for how many meals you can order.
