1. Choose your Meal Plan: Boost, 1200, 1600, or 2000 calories
Whether you’re looking to lose weight or simply the convenience of having meals prepared, there is a plan well suited for you! We have figured it all out — so depending on your needs, appetite, metabolism and activity level, the Boost, 1200 calorie plan or 1600 plan could be right for you! The 2000 calorie plan is ideal for maintenance and the Diabetic Friendly menu is great for those who are monitoring their carb levels with their doctors. We encourage you to check with your physician if you have any doubt about which is right for you.
2. Order online or by phone
Place your order by 10:00 pm on Wednesday for Monday’s delivery or by 12:00 noon on Saturday for Thursday’s delivery. You’ll receive two deliveries per week – on Monday and Thursday. Expect a call or email from us to welcome you and confirm your information.
3. Note some details
If this is your first order, you will see a second charge in the amount of $20.00 within 24 hours after you place your order. This is a cooler deposit. We switch out coolers with you every delivery. This amount is refundable after you return your cooler to one of our pick up locations or kitchen.
If you’d like to continue after your first week, we’d like to set you up on recurring billing. Your card will be charged every Monday or Thursday (depending on your start day) and we only need 72 hours for any order changes, cancellations or suspensions. We can also accommodate every other week deliveries.

4. Receive your Meals!
We will deliver your meals on Mondays and Thursdays between 2:00-6:00 pm. If we’re delivering to your office, let us know that too so we make sure your meals arrive before you leave for the day!
Refrigerate your meals within 4 hours of receiving them. When you’re ready to eat, follow the heating instructions on the package and enjoy!
If you are looking to maintain your weight or if your physician recommends a different calorie intake, Farm to Fit can still work for you! Look at adding snacks throughout the day. (string cheese, yogurt, a handful of almonds, or a piece of fruit are great low calorie, nutritious snacks). Keep an eye out for our specially made Farm to Fit snacks coming soon!
