The new year and the portion control of Farm To Fit has redirected the tire around my stomach toward my goal of Farm to Forty. I lost two pounds this week. Weehoo! But I am also off track to reach my goal. Bummer! I‘ll be close but I pretty sure if I lose twenty I’ll be lucky. Darn Holidays, darn lack of will power!

What I am doing this new year though, is working out first thing in the AM. I have never done that because I hate mornings… but you know it is not so bad. It actually gets me in the mood to grab the day by the horns and gives me the feeling that I have already accomplished something. Who knew?

T-minus one month ‘til 40…EEEECK! (The thought just makes me want to have a drink..)
