So week two scale extravaganza was not as painful of an affair  as it could have been …but no real rejoicing happened either.

Farm to Fit's Salmon and Succotash! I maintained at the exact weight after my four pound drop the first week. But after my 2 1/2 day skid on Thanksgiving I do feel lucky. I’m hoping that next week I can be back in the losers column.  I am becoming more and more aware that the Christmas Holidays are around the corner!

I really am enjoying the food; the Winter Squash Succatash on the Salmon- ” forget about it!”
