Diabetic-Friendly Meals Just Got a Little Easier

Like most things at Farm To Fit, our Diabetic-Friendly Menu was created because of a personal connection: our co-founder, G Scott, grew up with insulin-dependent diabetics in his family, including his father. We know from experience that sustaining even blood sugar throughout the day is key…and with our busy modern lifestyles, that can be a real challenge.

With our perfectly-portioned, diabetic-friendly meals delivered to your door, we hope to make things a little easier for people living with diabetes.

We crafted our diabetic meal plan with the help of a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator. All meals average 1,500–1,600 calories per day and are available for delivery 3, 5, or 7 days per week. We also make sure each meal contains 45–65 grams of carbs to aid in maintaining an even blood-sugar level. And as with all Farm to Fit meal plans, we only use fresh, seasonal, locally-sourced ingredients!
