Diabetes Friendly Meal Plan
We utilized the expertise of a Registered Dietitian and a Certified Diabetes Educator to hlep us develop this menu. This meal plan is meant for clients that are trying to keep blood sugar levels even through the day.
Since monitoring carbohydrates remains the key strategy in achieving glycemic (blood sugar) control, we have designed each dish to maintain a carb level 45-65 grams of carbs per meal.
If you are looking for a meal plan to reduce your carbs (pre-diabetic), we recommend the BOOST or Paleo plans. Remember to always consult your doctor before changing your diet!
Breakfasts are 400 calories
Lunches are 550 calories
Dinners are 650 calories
