A cuppa day keeps the doctor away

Java promotes health + fights disease.

Scientists have found that coffee has a litany of complex compounds, as well as essential vitamins like B12, B5, magnesium and potassium.

Coffee lowers your risk of…

Type 2 Diabetes

Studies show that people who drink the most coffee have a 23–50% lower risk of getting Type 2 Diabetes, while 0ne study showed a reduction as high as 67%.

Alzheimer's

Alzheimer’s is a pervasive disease, but there are promising signs that coffee can prevent its onset by up to 65%. Research shows that caffeine blocks inflammation in the brain’s adenosine receptors, which can start a chain reaction that begins the mind’s cognitive decline.

According to neuroscientist Chuanhai Cao, “these intriguing results suggest that older adults with mild memory impairment who drink moderate levels of coffee — about three cups a day — will not convert to Alzheimer’s disease or at least will experience a substantial delay before converting to Alzheimer’s.”

Heart Disease and other Leading Causes of Death

Recent studies found that coffee prevents some of the top causes of death, including coronary heart diseasestroke, and diabetes.
