We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again- We don’t like to brag. But just out of curiosity, how many people do you Frittatathink have planned each meal for the week in advance? And have also done the shopping and prep to make sure it is ready each day before work or errands or whatever else life requires?

Well, we can safely say that our Farm to Fitters do, for the most part. The only difference is they didn’t have to do the shopping, prepping, cooking or cleanup. We’ve got them all set up for a week of meals with a menu that looks like this:

Thursday

  • Breakfast: Breakfast bran muffins with green smoothie
  • Lunch: Puree of asparagus with sunflower seed/preserved lemon pesto
  • Dinner: Grilled arbol steak and vegetables with spanish rice

Friday

  • Breakfast: Veggie egg scramble with leeks, spinach & parmesan
  • Lunch: Quesilos
  • Dinner: Beef and broccoli

Saturday

  • Breakfast: Steel cut oats with raisins and strawberry
  • Lunch: Farro salad with poached salmon
  • Dinner: Jamaican jerk chicken, yam fries & roasted cauliflower

Sunday

  • Breakfast: Turkey bacon breakfast burrito
  • Lunch: Ham & swiss on rye, mustard aioli & cucumber salad
  • Dinner: Grilled saba mackerel, potato cake, peas with onion and tomato

Monday

  • Breakfast: Blueberry pancakes with maple syrup and yogurt
  • Lunch: Chicken and spring vegetable stew with a roll
  • Dinner: BBQ baby back ribs, cole slaw and quinoa

Tuesday

  • Breakfast: Greek scrambled eggs
  • Lunch: Black bean burger with farm green salad
  • Dinner: Chicken 40 cloves
