The Keto Meal Plan offers the perfect one-month kickstart:
full of fats, protein, and low in carbohydrates.
Our Keto plan is based on a roughly 1600 calorie diet, with the daily macros of approximately 125g of fat, less than 90g of protein, and less than 20g of carbs. We encourage you to research Keto before starting, and we’re happy to send you more information about it! (Please consult your physician before starting this, or any, Farm to Fit meal plan.)
HOW IT WORKS
- Order by Wednesday 10/24 at noon
- Your 4-week meal plan will start on Monday, 10/29
- You’ll get 7 days of keto-friendly breakfasts, lunches, and dinners delivered on Mondays and Thursdays (No Variations for our pilot program, sorry!)
