All of our meals come fresh (not frozen) to you! Just pop them in the fridge until you are ready to enjoy.

Specialty Diets

In addition to our regular menus Farm to Fit also offers a Gluten Intolerant option, a Paleo option, and a Diabetic Friendly Menu. Our ‘Special Diets’ program now offers a diabetic friendly menu at the 1600 calorie level, based off of ADA recommendations, as well as gluten-intolerant options for all three available calorie counts.

Gluten Intolerant

We offer Gluten free substitutions in most of our meals for people who are working towards eliminating gluten from their diets. (Fine print because we care about you: We are not a gluten free kitchen, so there is always a chance of cross contamination. Let us know if you have questions!)

Diabetes Friendly Menu*

Our Diabetes Friendly menu ranges from 1300-1500 calories per day. Since monitoring carbohydrates remains the key strategy in achieving glycemic (blood sugar) control. We have specially designed each dish to maintain a carb level between 30-45 grams. We utilized the expertise of a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator to help us develop our Diabetic Friendly menu.

Boost (Low Carb) Plan

Our BOOST Plan is designed to eliminate most simple starches and replace them with vegetables and complex carbs. We aim to keep each meal on the BOOST plan under 30g of complex carbs per meal. This meal plan is designed at the 1200 calorie level.

Paleo Plan + Whole30 Approved

Our Paleo Plan and Whole30 plans contain zero dairy, grains, or legumes and is packed with extra protein and healthy fats. Like all our meal plans, these dishes are made with fresh, local ingredients and are as tasty as they are healthy. The meal plans are designed at the 1200 calorie level.

Keto Plan

Our Keto Plan ranges from about 1600-2000 calories per day. The plan is built with specific macro counts of 75% fat, 19% protein, and 6% net carbs to put your body into ketosis. Please consult a physician before starting this (or any) new diet!

We offer home meal delivery throughout Portland & Washington.

We deliver Sundays and Wednesdays between 11:00-6:00pm. If you are looking to receive deliveries to your office, contact us about a Monday office delivery.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I choose my meals?

Yes! You can choose your meals weekly or, if you love the element of surprise, let our chef's do it for you!

Are there any commitments?

Not all all. You can always skip a day, pause for a little bit, or cancel your subscription in your account. Just make sure you do it before the deadline: 3pm, 5 days before your delivery.

What’s up with the cooler deposit?

There is a one time $20.00 cooler deposit charged to first order. This deposit is refundable upon return of your final cooler. You can read more details here

What are the order change deadlines?

Please order, or let us know of any order changes, by Tuesday at 3:00 pm (for Sunday/Monday delivery), and Friday at 3:00 pm (for Wednesday deliveries).

It doesn’t seem like you deliver to my area, can you?

Email us! You may be *just* outside of our delivery area or we can chat about a third party delivery service.

What are your delivery days?

Sundays and Wednesdays. If Monday deliveries work better for you, just call or email our office. We're happy to accommodate.
