    Are you a Farm/CSA?

    No, we are a Healthy Meal Delivery Service. We prepare and then sell composed meals that can be reheated in your microwave or oven. We buy our ingredients from farms and local purveyors. We make over 21 different meals a week so, if you like, you never have to cook again!

    Do I have to subscribe for a month?

    You can sign up for a week at a time. We can also set you up for a month, or months in advance. Just let us know! If you continue with our service after two weeks we ask you to go on to recurring billing; All you have to do is let us know before the order deadlines (below) if you’d like to suspend/put a hold on your subscription.

    What are the order deadlines?

    Please order, or let us know of any order changes, by Wednesday at 10:00 pm (for Monday delivery), and Saturday at 12:00 noon  (for Thursday deliveries).

    I just placed my order, now what?!

    We will send you a confirmation email within 24 business hours after receiving your order.  This will confirm your order and  all the delivery/pick up information.  If you placed an order by the Wednesday deadline, your first delivery will be Monday, If you placed an order by the Saturday deadline, your first order will be Thursday.

    Can I choose my dishes?

    Yes!  We introduced our Signature Dish plan in February of 2015.  With this plan you can either choose additional items from our current weekly menu or something off of our specially selected Signature Dish menu.  This allows you to customize our menu to suit your tastes. Call or email and we can set this up for you. Of course, if you still love the element of surprise (we do!) stay on board our regular plan where we pick the daily meals on your behalf. We do all allow for SOME special requests for an additional charge.  Please call or email with specific questions to see if we can accommodate.

    What if I forget to leave my empty cooler out on my second delivery day?

    As of September 1st, 2015 we will be implementing a new cooler policy. If you forget to leave your empty cooler bag out for us on your second delivery day, please leave TWO out the following delivery.  However, if you acquire more than two cooler bags, we will charge your card an additional deposit ($20) for each additional cooler you acquire.  We will refund the additional deposits once they are returned to us.

    Are you a Franchise?

    No, we are a local small Business owned and operated by a husband and wife team and their loyal team.

    I am allergic to… Will Farm To Fit work for me?

    We accommodate some allergies, please call or email to see if we can accommodate yours.  Depending on the ingredient, we will either omit the item or substitute it with something else.  When we are unable make these adjustments, we will offer a duplicate item off the same menu.  We do cook all of our meals in one kitchen so there is a possibility of cross contamination.  Please check with us to see if we are able to accommodate your allergy!

    I don’t eat meat… Do you have a Vegetarian meal plan?

    Yes!  Effective March 24th 2016 we are rolling out our Vegetarian 4 day plan! We are offering all 3 meals:  Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, or any combination of those!  You can order 2 or 4 days of meals delivered on Thursdays only (for now!) .  The portions will be based on 1100-1500 calories per day. (You’ll also be able to order snacks and desserts soon, if you still want to up your calories!)

     

    Why did I only get two days of meals on Thursday?

    If you ordered a five-day plan, you received Friday’s and Monday’s meals only as most of our 5 day clients prefer to eat our meals on a Monday-Friday schedule.  You can, however, eat your meals whenever you like!  On Monday you will receive Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday meals.

    How long have you been open?

    Our first day of business was November 1st 2011

    Do you ship out of State?

    As of now we are not set up to ship out of state. It is something if we will explore with enough interest.

    It doesn’t seem like you deliver to my area, can you?

    Right now we deliver to the Portland Metro area and immediate suburbs.  We also have a pick up location in Vancouver, WA and Camas, WA and several other areas in Portland.  If there are enough orders in your area we will deliver, so let us know if you have friends or family who want to join!  Alternately, we are always looking to expand our pick up locations, so if you know of one close to you (that is open till 7 in your area near a major highway) we would gladly entertain the idea.  Additionally, we do work with a 3rd party local delivery company that can deliver to you when we don’t.  Email or call us for their pricing.

    Do you deliver every day?

    We deliver Mondays and Thursdays between 2-6 pm.  On Monday we deliver Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday meals and on Thursday we deliver Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday meals. If you choose our five day option you will receive  Friday and Monday on Thursday (rather than 4 days of meals).

    Where are you located, can I pick up from your kitchen?

    We are located at 5411 NE Portland Hwy and, yes, we’d love for you to pick up at our kitchen!  Typically our hours for pick up on Mondays and Thursdays are 10:00 am -6:00 pm but have a little more flexibility for next day pick ups at this location.

    What is the cancellation policy?

    If you let us know of any order changes by the deadlines (Wednesdays and Saturdays by 12:00 noon), we are happy to cancel or suspend your order and make any billing adjustments.  If you cancel or suspend your order after our order deadlines, we are not able to make any billing changes.  We are, however, happy to donate your meals to Urban Gleaners who will distribute your meals to local families or schools in need.  We’ll even send you a donation receipt!  The same applies for any meals not picked up from our pick up locations.

    What do I do with my final cooler after I finish service?

    After your final delivery, if you did not leave a personal cooler out for us to exchange the meals into (this is recommended), it is your responsibility to return your cooler to us at 5411 NE Portland Highway within 60 days.  If you would rather us pick up your final cooler at your home or office, we are happy to do so for your current delivery fee.  Just email or call us to arrange this.  If we have not received your cooler bag(s) within 60 days of your last delivery, pick up or drop off of meals your cooler deposit will be forfeited.

    I need to change my delivery location…

    If you let us know of any order changes by the deadlines we can easily make the change.  We will attempt to accommodate any last minute changes the best we can and can always arrange for you to pick up at our kitchen. We definitely want you to have your meals so let’s work together!
